Gracias por informar, sin embargo para canalizar con el proveedor se requieren más antecedentes… cuantas bisagras tienen problema? A qué se debe la falla? A mala instalación? O calidad de material o qué?

También recuerdo un reclamo del norte de Xiomara, que finalmente fue mala instalación, por eso te encargo aclarar para que canalicemos como corresponde… cuando eso ocurra, y tratemos el problema con el proveedor podremos dar fecha de solución.


Cuando contemos con las muestras las podemos someter a ensayos de campo acá para verificar la mejora.
