Estos reclamos se deben a que los tornillos de las bisagras se sueltan transcurrido un tiempo después de que las tapas se instalan. No nos han informado cantidades, pero según el correo adjunto el problema es generalizado en un edificio de departamentos.
El área de post venta también me confirma que es un reclamo frecuente.
Se adjuntan fotos indicando los tornillos que originan el problema.

Hay que solicitar muestras de bisagras con un sistema de fijación diferente al actual, que permita que las tapas no se suelten con el tiempo.

Cuando contemos con las muestras las podemos someter a ensayos de campo acá para verificar la mejora.
